Franklin Street Properties Buys AT&T Building in Richardson

AT&T Services Building at 1410 Renner Road in Richardson.

 

Massachusetts-based Franklin Street Properties Corp. has acquired the AT&T Services Building at 1410 Renner Road in Richardson. The 122,300-square-foot office facility is fully leased to AT&T Services, a subsidiary of AT&T Inc.

 

AT&T’s commitment, which runs through July 2018, includes annual rent escalations. The company has subleased a portion of its space to Stewart Title of North Texas Inc. and The Dallas Morning News.

 

The seller, LBA Realty LLC, was represented by the CB Richard Ellis team of Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, and Russ Ingrum.

 

Situated near the intersection of North Central Expressway and the President George Bush Turnpike, the Telecom Corridor building was developed in 1999. It has 60,000-square-foot floorplates and a parking ratio of 4.4 per 1,000 square feet.
