Ground is being cleared to make way for a new Marriott Spring Hill Suites on the east side of President George Bush Turnpike at Breckinridge Blvd. in northeast Richardson. 
Lowen Hospitality Management of Irving is developing the 103 room Spring Hill Suites just off the turnpike frontage south of Renner Rd.
