An Austin investor and Peloton Commercial Real Estate have begun remodeling a just-purchased a Richardson office and industrial complex.

The 3-building project known as Richardson Commons at 250 E. Arapaho Road contains more than 200,000 square feet of space.

Plans call for immediate upgrades to the largest, 155,983-square-foot office building. A small industrial building on the southwest side of the complex will be demolished.

About 120,000 square feet in the complex is available for lease.

Chuck Sellers and Lauren Perry of Peloton Commercial Real Estate are marketing the property, which Peloton is also managing.

The buildings were constructed in the mid-1980s.
