City of Richardson hosts Canadian delegation

Today, the City of Richardson hosted a delegation from the Consulate General of Canada in Dallas including Canadian Consul General Rachel McCormack, Consul Duane Robson, head of the Commercial Section and Consul Noëlla De Maina, head of Economic, Political and Public Affairs. The Canadian Consulate, Dallas, Texas, represents Canada in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.

The purpose was to discuss trade, economic development and investment opportunities between Canada and the US/Richardson.

Representing the City were Mayor Paul Voelker, City Manager Don Magner, Doug McDonald, Managing Director – Office of Innovation & Placemaking Initiatives, and Lawrence P. Howorth, Director, Mayor’s Office of International Business.
