Dallas’ Good Fulton & Farrell Architects have done designs for a new mixed-use project in Richardson’s Telecom Corridor.

Palisades is a 58-acre development planned on the west side of North Central Expressway near the Galatyn Park DART Station.

The development is a joint venture of JP Partners, KBS Realty Advisors and GE Capital.

Preliminary plans for the project include single-family homes, apartments, high-rise office buildings, retail, restaurants and hotels built around a  4-acre park.

The proposed development is across the street from the successful Galatyn Park complex and is within site of the huge State Farm Insurance regional office campus under construction near the southeast corner of North Central and Bush Turnpike.
