The first move for 2017 on the tenant side was made
by Service King, which signed a
2-floor, 64,916 SF lease at the recently renovated Galatyn Commons complex.
Then, in February, Texas Capital Bank
added to its already significant back office operations here, taking 54,492 SF
at Bill Cawley’s Lakeside Tower, 2221 Lakeside. Most recently, NICE (Neptune Intelligence Computer
Engineering) Systems has found a new Richardson home at the former Verizon
campus at 2400 N. Glenville.
