G Systems moving its offices from Plano to Richardson
G Systems has leased office space in Richardson for its headquarters.
Laughlin Commercial Realty Group said that the engineering services and systems company leased 17,000 square feet of office space at 1240 East Campbell Road from Kennington Capital. The company was previously located in Plano.
The new headquarters will be used for office and industrial operations.
Grant Laughlin of Laughlin Commercial negotiated the transaction with Mike McCartan and Jeff White of Mark V Commercial.
“The 1240 East Campbell Road property, located in the Telecom Corridor of Richardson, handily met G System’s relocation requirements,” Laughlin said. “This transaction represents good news for Richardson as it is net absorption of vacant space for this market.”
