IEDC board elects Bill Sproull as 2013 vice chairman

Bill Sproull, president and CEO of the Richardson Economic Development Partnership, has been elected 2013 vice chairman of the International Economic Development Council board of directors.
 
The IEDC board selected Sproull during its annual conference last month in Houston.
 
Sproull is also the president of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce and the Metroplex Technology Business Council. He will step down from his position as IEDC board secretary/treasurer to start his new position in January 2013.
