Mexico City investor lands Telecom Corridor office campus

A newly renovated Telecom Corridor office campus has sold to a Mexico City-based investor.
A unit of private equity investor Artha Capital bought the four-building 2400 N. Glenville office center, which is just east of U.S. Highway 75 in Richardson.
The 25-acre campus previously housed the operations for telecom firm Verizon.
