The Richardson Economic Development Partnership (REDP) and the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (SMRJ) recently signed an agreement to collaborate in proactively fostering business relationships between North Texas-based companies and small- to mid-sized manufacturing enterprises based in Japan.

Mixed-use redevelopment planned at Richardson’s south gateway

Owners of an aging office building at the south gateway to Richardson are working on plans for a new mixed-use development. The retail, office and residential project would surround the Comerica Bank building at the northeast corner of U.S. Highway 75 and Spring Valley Road.

Richardson Executive Summary for Q4 of 2018

2018 will be remembered as the year that Richardson began to see significant absorption in large blocks of office space left in the wake of State Farm’s move from its temporary offices to its purpose-built campus at CityLine. Going into the 4th quarter, nearly 800,000 SF of office space had found new tenancy from companies like Genpact, Steward Health Care and Raytheon.
