Partnership is proud to announce that based on a 2015 survey of more than 100
economic development organizations from around the country, it announced more jobs
than any other organization with a population between 100,001 and 250,000. The Partnership announced
6,415 jobs for the vibrant and diversified business community that is strategically
located in one of the brightest economic regions in the world – the Dallas/Ft.
Worth Metroplex.

team’s commitment to attracting high-quality jobs and investment to

Atlas Advertising collected data from more than 100 economic development organizations
in their 2015 High Performance Economic Development benchmarking survey, which
included organization-specific information like location, population, annual
budget, and number of full time economic development staff. Key metrics
garnered from each organization included jobs announced, website visits received,
number of organizations serviced (or inquiries generated), and capital invested
announced for a period of 12 months.

The Richardson Economic Development Partnership (REDP) is a joint
initiative established by the City of Richardson and the Richardson Chamber of
Commerce in 1984. REDP is dedicated to building a vibrant and thriving local
economy by attracting new investment and jobs through marketing and recruitment
efforts and by working with existing employers. In January 2013, REDP was recognized as an Accredited Economic Development Organization (AEDO) by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC)
