Texas Capital Bank is expanding its presence in Richardson. The company has added a full floor, or 26,500 square feet, to its lease in Lakeside Tower, giving it a total of five floors. The eight-story office property is at 2350 Lakeside Blvd.

Texas Capital Bank is the principal subsidiary of Texas Capital Bancshares. It was represented in its expansion by Eddie Tillman and Terry Quinn with CresaDallas.

Tommy Nelson and Jeff Schweitzer of Stream Realty represented the property owner, TriGate Capital.

“(Texas Capital Bank’s) growth and commitment to the Richardson community is a huge win for the city,” Nelson said.
