Richardson-based tech firm XPS Solutions Ltd. plans to double its headquarters as it relocates within the Richardson city limits.

The company has signed a lease for 18,399 square feet of space at 190 Tech Park I, a Class A building at 2703 Telecom Parkway in Richardson, where it will establish its call center at the new office near the President George Bush Turnpike and North Central Expressway.”As we see more companies moving their headquarters to the area, we expect this specific part of Richardson to be a hub of innovation and advancement for several industries,” said Dave Peterson, a vice president at NAI Robert Lynn.

Peterson, Tom Lynn and James Davis of NAI Robert Lynn represented XPS Solutions in the deal.

Officials at XPS Solutions, a 14-year-old company specializing in sales and support for independent owners of self-storage properties, says it plans to move about 100 employees to the new corporate office.
