In November, Site Selection Magazine released its 2017 Executive Survey
Business Climate Rankings, listing Texas at the top of its rankings. The
ranking methodology for the survey is based on a survey of corporate site
selectors who are asked to rank states based on their experience of locating
facilities in them.
