Raytheon’s Bill Foley talks about big move to sold-out Chamber crowd

Bill Foley, Director of Operations for Raytheon, spoke to a sold-out crowd at the Richardson Chamber of Commerce Growth & Mobility luncheon May 14. He told the crowd of mostly business development professionals that Raytheon selected Richardson and CityLine because the new location supports a young, technical workforce.

Huge Telecom Corridor office campus that houses State Farm is up for sale

As State Farm prepares to move into the CityLine development, the buildings they currently occupy is up for sale. The lease for State Farm’s three buildings of the 800,000 squar-foot Galatyn Park development expires in 2016 and 2018. Dallas-based investor Champion Parnters is selling the buildings and HFF LP are marketing them for sale.

Harman to Buy AMX for $365 Million

Harman International Industries Inc.will buy Richardson-based AMX LLC for $365 million from The Duchossois Group. 
AMX is a provider of enterprise control and automation systems, as well as audio and video switching and distribution services. The company was founded in 1982 and employs more than 600 people across its operations in 19 locations world-wide.

Mike Skelton receives U.S. Commercial Service Certificate of Achievement

Worth office.
