Huge Telecom Corridor office campus that houses State Farm is up for sale
As State Farm prepares to move into the CityLine development, the buildings they currently occupy is up for sale. The lease for State Farm’s three buildings of the 800,000 squar-foot Galatyn Park development expires in 2016 and 2018. Dallas-based investor Champion Parnters is selling the buildings and HFF LP are marketing them for sale.
