International business development ramps up in Richardson

Since the Mayor’s Office for International Business kicked-off, REDP has developed a number of programs to recruit foreign-based companies and support their establishment activities once they arrive in Richardson. One such program is an economic development trip to Scandinavia.

off a new business service initiative this spring. EDGE (Economic Development,
Growth & Expansion) is a completely confidential, no-cost program designed to match Richardson
businesses with the resources they need to grow, compete and succeed.

Wingstop Sales Up 10.5 Percent in First Quarter

Richardson-based Wingstop’s sales are up 10.5 percent over the same quarter last year, marking more than eight consecutive years of positive sales. In addition, Wingstop has signed franchise agreements that will result in 58 new locations in the U.S.
