Genpact Limited, a global leader in business process and technology management, has opened a new services delivery center in Richardson, Texas.

Cisco Systems, which has a data center and campus in Richardson, has agreed to acquire London-based video delivery software company NDS Group Ltd. in a deal valued at about $5 billion.
